Why is there no direct price list on the website?
In dried fruit and biomass markets, prices are set under daily market conditions according to the calibre requested, the sulphur/moisture specification, the order tonnage, the exchange rate and the destination province or country. Rather than a misleading fixed price, we provide a firm ex-warehouse quote as quickly as possible.
Is quality and analysis guaranteed on European and Middle Eastern export orders?
On our export shipments we pay attention to a sulphur level in line with the European Union and US food codex. If you request it, we coordinate moisture and aflatoxin/pesticide testing at reliable laboratories and attach the results to the export documents.
What is the minimum shipment for biomass greenhouse and boiler fuels?
For our hazelnut, walnut, almond, peach and pistachio shell fuels, shipments are made to all 81 provinces of Türkiye as bulk truck loads or in 1-tonne Big-Bags. The tonnage per truck varies with the bulk density of the product. Compared with coal it is smokeless and noticeably lower in ash.
Do you send samples for corporate tenders or catering factories?
For serious public/corporate catering tenders, hotel chains and food industry factories, we assess product samples and specification support against the technical requirements together with you.
How do the quotation and ordering processes work?
It is enough to tell us — by phone, WhatsApp or through our online quote form — the product variety you want, the estimated tonnage/carton quantity and the delivery location. We come back to you with a firm price and a freight plan as soon as possible.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For dried and sun-dried apricots, a wholesale order is accepted from a single pallet; the number of cartons on the pallet and the net weight vary with the carton type selected. For hard shell biomass fuels (hazelnut, walnut, almond shell and similar), shipments are usually made as bulk truck loads or in 1-tonne Big-Bags. Please contact us for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders, bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery are offered. For export orders, CAD (cash against documents), advance transfer (TT) and letter of credit (L/C) are accepted. The payment plan is agreed mutually according to order volume and customer profile.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
For products in stock, domestic shipments take place within 1-3 business days. For export orders, shipment is made within an average of 5-10 business days including customs clearance, container loading and port delivery. The definitive schedule is shared after order confirmation.
Which documents are provided on export shipments?
For every export shipment a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate are prepared; any analysis reports requested (moisture, SO2 and similar) can be obtained from the relevant laboratories and added to the documents.
