Through the exchange quote, sample, and contact forms on the Site, the following data of yours may be processed:
- Full Name / Company Name: To verify the identity of the requester or quote applicant and to enable corporate correspondence
- Phone & Mobile Number: To communicate real-time exchange prices, carton/tonnage quotes, and to set up a shipment schedule

- Site usage measurement: which pages you viewed, time spent on the site, how long the form took to complete, which visit this is, and whether a technical datasheet was downloaded; to understand your request correctly and place it in the right order
3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your data is collected automatically through the digital forms on our website, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) or on the establishment/performance of a contract and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f). Automatic prioritisation of requests: when you submit the form, your request is placed in an automatic order using a score calculated from the product, quantity and time frame you selected together with the site usage measurements listed above. This score only determines which request is responded to first; no automated decision is made that produces a legal effect concerning you or significantly affects you — every request is evaluated by a person. Your right to object to an evaluation made solely through automated systems is reserved under KVKK Art. 11.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your form records are kept on the server where our website is hosted and are shared with the relevant team members so that your request can be handled; when a shipment is required, only the information necessary for delivery is transferred to the courier/logistics company. The notification e-mails that let us know about your request are delivered through our e-mail service provider's infrastructure; since the servers of this infrastructure may be located abroad, this transfer is assessed within the scope of KVKK Art. 9. Where a legal obligation arises, a transfer may be made to authorised public institutions and organisations; for export deliveries, the information required for the process is shared with customs and freight parties. Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your data is securely retained for as long as the commercial relationship and potential supply schedule continue, and thereafter for the statutory limitation period and regulatory obligations; it is deleted or anonymized at the end of the legal period. The technical record and site usage measurement data listed above are retained for the same period as the request record to which they belong and are destroyed together with that record. Anonymous records created when you leave the quote box unfinished are not linked to your identity.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to have this notified to relevant third parties
- To request deletion or destruction within the framework of legal conditions
- To object if a result arising from processing carried out through automated systems is against you
To exercise these rights and submit your requests, you may call +90 537 441 15 01 or send a written application to click for email .
